Effective 8 August 2026. This policy explains how Toolartech LLP handles personal data when you use Kinolia.

This baseline policy should be reviewed whenever Kinolia’s data practices, providers, or legal obligations change.

1. Who controls your data

2. Information we collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, organisation, and authentication data.
  • Prompts, documents, images, audio, likeness references, generated media, and project settings.
  • Billing records, credit activity, subscription status, and payment-provider references.
  • Support messages and information you provide when contacting us.
  • Device, browser, IP address, logs, diagnostics, and product-usage events.

Payment-card details may be collected directly by payment providers rather than Kinolia.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve video-generation services.
  • Authenticate users, manage organisations, process billing, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Process prompts and uploaded material to create requested outputs.
  • Respond to support, privacy, safety, copyright, and legal requests.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

4. AI processing and service providers

Kinolia may send the content and settings needed for a generation to contracted cloud, AI-model, media-processing, storage, authentication, analytics, communications, and payment providers. These providers process information to deliver services to Kinolia. Do not upload confidential or sensitive personal data unless you are authorised to do so.

5. Sharing and sale

We may share information with service providers, your organisation administrators, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, and parties involved in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights
